OUR MISSION

There is something wrong with the system as at present there are approximately:

7,000-10,000 homeless veterans on our streets

9,000 Veterans in the judiciary system

120,000Β unemployed servicemen and woman

And in reality these starling numbers continue to grow. There has to be a better way, its simply unacceptable that these service men and women slip through the net.

This is the driving force behind our mission, we have created a unique employment and rehabilitation programme, supporting the transition of veterans at all stages, from early service leavers from the armed services to veterans needing employment and those who have found themselves in prison or on our streets.

The main issue is simply this:

Once you leave the military there is very little in the way of support to undo the traumas suffered while in service of our country

EMPLOYMENT & REHABILIATION

EARLY SERVICE LEAVERS (ESL)

Predominately your people who have served four years or less and do not qualify for resettlement or retaining from the Ministry of Defence.

UNEMPLOYED VETERANS

Ex service personnel who are currently out of work and find it difficult to gain employment due to lack of skills and experience in other roles.

HOMELESS VETERANS

Veterans that have found themselves on our streets and can not find work or housing due to their situation

PRISON LEAVERS

Veterans who have served time in prison and find it difficult adjusting to the outside world and gaining employment due to their sentence.
